“I ordered my products over a month ago. Received no info from company so I emailed to ask when order would ship. They have now given me a number of excuses including the unbelievable best - they have shipped my order, twice, so it must have gone to the wrong address or been stolen, however, they have no tracking numbers or information about when or how the order was shipped. I have asked to cancel the order and be given a refund. No reply to that request. After I either receive my order (giving them till Jan. 5) or receive a full refund (which I foresee being problematic) I will not purchase from this company again.”

“Really hated these overrated products. Too expensive for the quality you get. Shampoo made my hair very messy and thin, no conditioner noticed. Soap is soap, I can buy Dr bronners cheaper and would enjoy more. Toothbrushes are too expensive for the function they perform. The sponge is very prickly and I wouldn't even dare use it - as if made from bad old wool. Lip balm is greasy and doesn't heal my lips. Deodorants don't really help with sweating, the scent is so so. What else was there in the bundle? All went to trash, because after contacting the customer support they only gave me an option of return, but I already trashed it all or the condition became unsendable. Too much hassle. Respectable companies who value their reputation would say either to send a replacement or money back without sending anything back. It was big money for me and I'll never return to them again with such prices and service. By the way, the company said they're Canadian, the package comes from Michigan or somewhere else in the US, and the products are made in Turkey. Are you guys hassling yourselves just the way you do it with your customers? And the shipping took a really long time. By that time I was about to cancel the order but it showed up after like a month or even more.”

“I received mine in less than 3 weeks. TAKE NOTE: I live outside the US but it still arrived pretty fast and earlier than expected delivery date :) LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!”

“Received mine and I am very satisfied with what I received. The deodorant smells great, their shampoo bar works well with my hair and the toothbrush doesn't hurt my gums.”

“Ordered on 11/26, have not received word on shipping date. I sent an email, as suggested within order invoice, but no response so far. My account was charged $54.71 on 11/27. I would certainly like to have this item by Christmas. Janet”

“Worst Company! I placed my order 16 days ago. Every time I contact them about it they respond by saying they're busy and understaffed, but that my order will get sent out. And then it doesn't get sent out. BEWARE! BTW They keep sending me emails wanting me to order more stuff. Ha Ha!”

“The deoderant bar gave me a horrible rash the first time I used it and the shampoo bar made my hair feel horrible and look greasy. When I said something about it on facebook I was met with nasty replies. I will never use any of their products again.”

“It'd be great if this ever arrived. I ordered this six weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I email and get a message saying that they are backlogged in orders, but then get advertising emails from them with deals on and encouragement to order more. I get it's a business, but also it'd be nice to receive the products I ordered over a month ago before they try to get more people to buy more products.”

“Love this product! I have thick curly hair past my waist. It works wonderfully! No residue. I can still use a conditioner bar along with it without feeling weighted down. My only wish is that it had more of a scent. It’s smell is so mild. Doesn’t smell like much. Also, their customer service is top notch! Very prompt and friendly when I had questions. Highly recommend!”

“Shipping took a bit of time but I knew that already so no prob. So far, love my products! The deodorant doesn't bother my crazy sensitive skin and actually keeps me smelling fresh, its such a pleasant, subtle scent. Of course I still sweat but I feel like I odor free. I like the lip balm, not too crazy about the smell, wish it was more mint than vanilla. I haven't yet tried my toothbrushes but love that the bristles are bamboo! Other companies still use nylon for their bristles. Hoping that these brushes don't irritate my (of course) uber sensitive teeth and gums. Ordered 2 of everything - hoping to get my husband on board! :)”

“This company provides me with all I need to have a zero waste and ethical bath routine! I have thick, curly/wavy, unmanageable hair that needs brushing multiple times a day, and the shampoo bar keeps it silky and my ringlets are at an absolute prime. The deodorant is the best smelling stuff in the world. I'm not just choosing it for the footprint, but for the scent and application! (My man is a fan of it). The toothbrush is effective and sturdy... I could go on! I have no complaints.”

“I was introduced to Natural Vegan products via a Kick Starter campaign. I got deodorant and shampoo bars, and must confess, everything received is phenomenal. Since this review if for the shampoo bar, I'll say it lathers well. It leaves my hair clean and contains just the right amount of conditioner so my hair doesn't feel greasy. I don't intend to switch back to my old shampoo and intend to use this product for the forseeable future.”

“Hi, I just want to say that both my daughter and I love these products!!! The lip balm works better then name brands, the body bar with the loofa leaves my skin soft and clean, the toothbrush is very cool and eco friendly, all of these products are awesome and eco friendly. Highly recommend!!”

“I ordered the toothbrush that says it has bamboo bristles. However, the bristles were made of plastic and not bamboo, and when I got it the bristles were smashed. i was very unhappy that they were made of plastic!! this is supposed to be a sustainable company, however it was just false advertising.”

“I find it hard to believe this company is still in business. I ordered the deodorant and chapstick package and right before checking out was convinced by various emails to upgrade to the Everything Bundle because of a special deal going on and to “reduce delivery emissions.” After spending over $50, and 4 weeks later I never received my order. Through a thread of emails back and forth the only thing they could offer me was a refund. Two weeks later, I have no received my refund. DON’T GIVE INTO THEIR SCAMS!”

“The deodorant is hard to apply because its super solidified if that makes sense, its hard for me to tell if it is actually getting on my skin. The loofa is just bundled up twine that does not hold suds very well.”

“Price was fair for the amount of stuff you get (and all biodegradable!), but the products aren't great. The loofah I got was nothing like in the picture and was way too rough to use on my skin. The shampoo left my hair feeling very stripped and knotty, but after using conditioner it was fine. Can't say the lip balm does much for my lips except taste like vanilla, and the deodorant was only okay. Disappointing considering the amount of good reviews for this bundle.”

“While the products took a while to be delivered, the company was communicative and understanding along the way. Love the mission and how eco-friendly products are, both pacakaging and product! Ordered the hair body lips kit, I am a fan of everything EXCEPT the conditioning shampoo bar- it leaves my hair in greasy chunks when it dries sadly :( Thanks for a great mission as you work to make the earth a cleaner place!”
