“Unable to return. This was not readily apparent at the time of ordering. Very expensive to not be able to return items that do not fit well.”

“I have not received the clothes I purchased. I have been on the phone for 2 hours with no answer to the phone only music playing on the background. I have sent 2 emails with no response. I wonder what kind of business you all are doing with satisfying your customers.”

“It was a really bad experience. Received the wrong dress. Only sent the right one after receiving confirmation the the wrong was sent back, no sensibility. The wedding was on Saturday and still have not yet received.”
