“I just emailed them yesterday because I never received a return label in the box or reply back to my previous email requesting a return label. I sent the dress back return to sender and asked for a full refund as the dress was not the same color as the one shown online, which looked more purple/dark blue and did not fit. Hopefully I get a response back soon and a full refund. I ordered the exact dress in gold from another vendor for my oldest daughter last year and the dress looks way better in gold but was very long and needed to be tailored. This dress in smoky blue was also very long and my daughter is 160lbs and 5' 7". The dress fit her hips but the top was loose, we ordered a size up, size 14.”

“The green Tiara dress that I ordered was gave me a crisis. The zipper was ok until the wedding evening. It decided to get broken when I reach the half way of closing. Although its my size and ai tried it the day before. I took it to the tailor to fix it (while my family is waiting me down the hotel wedding hall and I got late). The tailor fixed it but still it didnt close and got broken again. The tailor said the zipper has been in hot storage condition and thats why the quality is bad. I had the worst evening that day. It was my sister in law wedding and I had to attened her with my abaya!”

“I purchase beautiful drees, but the pictures only show the front of the dress, I assume the back was covered, also in the description, it doesn't say anything about the dress having an open back, as soon as the dress arrived, I saw the open back, I tried to send it back the same day, I was very surprised to get a message saying that they don't take returns or exchanges, I send them 2 emails explaining their pictures in the website misleading you and also they should put everything in the description, also they should let you know when purchasing that this is a "final sale" no returns or exchanges never got a response, now I have this expensive dress in a box seating in my closet. I'm very disappointed, this is my first and last purchase with NYD.”

“The measurements were off.Shoulders were too tight. The cut on the waist was not like the picture on the website.I ordered it for my mom and she was very disappointed. For my surprise I found that there was NO return! the dress is still packed and will never be worn.”

“Regarding my order, my dress was of a different color and fabric from what I received. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase as I cannot wear this dress for my daughter´s wedding. Therefore, I want to receive a refund since it is not what I ordered.”
