“Would put a 0 if I could!! The dress (£400) was a different colour to the website and a poor fit, I’m a very standard size. There was nothing obvious stating that they have a NO RETURN policy. When I tried to return I was greeted with no-can-do emails and nothing but rudeness and attitude on the phone. The best they can do for me after multiple emails and calls is to give me store credit (I’ve already attended the event so no longer need a dress) or for me to pay to return and only receive 85% back of the cost meaning I lose around £150. They refused to even provide a returns label. Awful customer experience and would advise never to shop online with this store.”

“I have ordered from NewYorkDress in hopes of receiving the quality of dress I see on your website. The dress I received was a disgrace and unacceptable. I paid $595 dollars (listed as a final sale) for a dress that had glitter ✨ from midway of the dress down to the bottom of the dress. From the time I toke the dress out the bag glitter was falling all over my floor. The dress was totally not worth $50 dollars. NewYorkDress should have thrown this dress in the trash… but you sold it to a customer that has made purchases for herself and her daughter for very special occasions and you send/sale this trash to me when you aware this dress is made of paper, glue and glitter. I will never refer this company again. Trash of a dress..horrible look. PS. My friend from Houston, Texas had to take their SUV to be cleaned out due to all the glitter.”

“The dress is made poorly. The top part was ripped and hanging off. You could see the one string that was meant to hold it together. The color was perfect and beautiful if only it was a better quality dress.”

“HORRIBLE!!! The dress did not fit at all the top is very small and the bottom is very large. COULD NOT RETURN!!!!That would have been great information to have. Buyer beware!! I ordered this dress and paid 995.00 in hopes it would be great for my daughter's wedding. It looked cheap and is made poorly and not able to return.( which I tried immediately)”

“Got the dress, it wasn’t the color I expected, had to take a $50.00 restock fee, even though the dress was still in the bag, wrapped in the original paper. Never took it out! Never again!”

“The dress is cheaply made and falling apart! There was sequins all over the floor and I haven't even worn dress yet. Can't wear a dress where I'll be leaving a trail of what looks like confetti! So disappointed!!!”
