“The wrong color was sent to me, then I had to reorder and pay for the extra shipping for it to be expedited which it wasn’t. I ended up having to chase down FedEx. Last time I’m ordering from this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”

“I am sorry please do not buy from New York Dress. First of all dresses are expensive. but if you are that expensive stuff company should good exchange policy if they send defected or bad piece. What is the point if ask for exchange or store credit if you have to pay shipping.”

“shipped it to the wrong house after I got the address changed and now I have no idea where it is and I spent SOO MUCH money on this dress and I won’t be able to go to prom anymore because of this.”

“Was not able to return the dress that is too small for my daughter. Had to buy another locally due to timing. Would not accept return.”

“The dress was beautiful. But size was 3 sizes to big paid to have it altered and then strap broke at the event and the diamonds on the leg part cut me all night. Was not happy with what I paid almost $700 for the dress and strap breaking and altered the dress and diamond cut my leg all night.”

“The person we had an appointment with did not let my daughter try on anything she wanted. We was rushed out the store and felt really uncomfortable. There were other girls there since before we arrived and still there when we were rushed to leave but was told each appointment is 30 mins tops. Every dress we picked out she told us they didn’t have in store. Kept emailing after about other dresses and were constantly ignored and we never went back. I decided to order a dress online and the dress had the sequins falling off soon as we opened the package. And you can’t return the dress because all sales are final. Hated that they made such a special moment suck for my daughter who’s graduating a year early with honors. She doesn’t even want to go to prom anymore because she wanted a specific dress from here that she never even got to try on or see in person. Never again will I return.”

“Wish I could give 0 stars. The dress did not fit and it’s unbelievable that in 2023 they have a zero return policy. Was stuck with a dress that didn’t fit. Consider buying from a seller that acepta returns or at least exchanges.”

“I’m very displeased with this website. I ordered a dress a size small and it came two sizes way too big. It was the last dress and there was no way to get any reimbursement. This was very disappointing and I will never buy again.”
