“Returns should be allowed for dresses that are so expensive. The sizing chart is inaccurate. It should list what sizes the model is wearing.”

“The material labeled the same colors don't match for different dresses and also the directions on how to get the return insurance are wrong as I had to look at it as a separate item and add it to my cart. There was no button to press as I was checking out.”

“Beautiful dress. But sizing is terrible!! The proportions aren't correct. I am a true size 6, hourglass figure 34DD. For this dress, the hips fit perfectly, but the waist is 4 inches too small and the chest area is way too large. I have large breasts already for my size. So, I can't imagine someone fitting this that has a natural body.”

“I have never bought from a site that required me to pay for the privilege to return. I understand I might have to pay to ship the dress back but that doesn't seem to be what the cost covers. I doubt I will buy from you again. Who knows how something will fit until they try it on????? I hope to love the dress, but again, who knows?”

“The product itself is ok but I think the postal costs are too high and when I wanted to exchange the dress and order a size smaller, it was 15% deduction. I don't find customer service satisfactory.”

“I order a medium but upon arrival, I realized it was not a true medium. It looked more like an extra small. In addition, as soon as I opened the package, ornaments were falling off. I will therefore return the dress.”
