“I think it's ridiculous that you guys are charging additional 10% because I want to exchange a $650 dress for a size that can pass through me. That's poor customer service. Most of my dresses are size 6, but this brand Most have a smaller cut. It's really pathetic.”

“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding in August 22 and was sure that I could return it if the dress wasn't suitable. After the dress came, I tried it on and realized the style looked terrible on me. I reviewed the return policy and was shocked to learn that the company had a no return policy. I did not pay a discount price for this dress. I paid full price and having a no return policy, especially for formal wear, is unheard of for full priced items. I wouldn't recommend this. company nor would I buy anything from this company again. I am now meeting with a dress maker on June 6 to redesign this dress so it is suitable for my daughter's wedding. Very very disappointing!”

“I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in any purchase as I was with this dress. From the moment I open the box icould see raw thread hanging off. Gold Couture was poorly cut and even worst made, i wish i could upload the pictures but regardless. I call customer service the same day the agent was nice and I appreciated that. There is just no way I could wear that to a ball. Then I had to paid to ship it back, and get charge 15% restock fee for a faulty dress they send me. I'm just going to suggest saving yourself the anxiety. I would not recommend purchasing from a company that want to assume no responsibility. It's so sad I don't even know how to feel.”
