“I’m so upset that I cannot return my dress because the color was a shade darker than it appeared in the picture. There are no refunds with this company. Shame on them!”

“The dress I ordered did not fit my daughter. I wanted to return it and only then did I notice the no return policy. I will not be purchasing from them again. I would be willing to pay return shipping on a $220 dress if I could get return it, but because it was on sale I could not return it. Please let me know if this is an option for the unused dress new with tags attached.”

“This dress has the wrong size guide on it on this site. Shows size chart for 2,4,6,8,10 etc so based on my measurements I order size 14 receive the dress and it’s say 2x and it’s way too big. Turns out this dress is measure s,m,l,xl . And on the vendor site Cinderella Divine it shows the different size charts and based on the s,m,l,xl size chart I would’ve needed a large . I email the company and send the dress back to get a new one and still have to pay for the shipping back because of there incorrect information but bc I l loved the dress it was for my prom, I just order a size 10 and tell the New York dress to make sure it’s size L. 2 days later they say that size isn’t available . So basically I paid about $70-$85 in fees for insurance and shipping back just to get no dress at all from here. I wouldn’t trust this site . I ended up finding a much prettier dress somewhere else w/ a n accurate size chart .”

“I return the dress it was an expensive dress but didnot get refund they gave me a store credit $750 and I had to pay fee of don’t remember exact $150 to get the store credit I couldn’t get the money back I don’t recommend”
