“Your return policy is ridiculous. If an order is placed online you need to make your policy clear before the order is processed. When buying a dress online you can only go by the size charts online. Dress did not fit and needed a size or 2 smaller. When you are charging a restocking fee of 15% even for an exchange, that’s just robbery. I placed an order for an item that your website showed was available and it turned out that the item was on back order and I didn’t receive it for over a month but yet you charged my card right away. Not a good way to do business!”

“I have no dress ! Never received my dress its been 28 days and your online site said 10 days, your site advertises a tracking ability but nothing connects to anything to track, except to buy more clothes. This is horrible!!. My order number is #45712 Julie”

“I am typically a size 12 and I ordered this dress on a size 16 because it was the only one available and I REALLY wanted it, so I was willing to adjust it. However, when I received the dress, marked as a 16, it didn’t fit at all! My mother got a size 14 from you guys as well and it was very big on me. I ended up giving the dress away and buying another one quickly, in another place of course, so I could attend the event that made me buy the dress. So, basically my experience with this company was no dress-no money. It is a shame.”

“I dont have where to ask where my dresses are. I cant comunícate or know where is my order. I will have a wedding on friday they were supposed to be delivered . You asked when was my last day to received and I put today I dont know how to contact.”

“The dress i came in was not the same color that was advertised, yes it was multi-colored but the dress i received was darker. I thankfully ordered the Seel insurance for $50 so that i can return it and then was shocked to find out that they took an additional $15 from my return for a “shipping fee”… i now paid $75 for a dress that isn’t in my possession. Super unfair to their customers. The $50 was more than enough to return and could cover the “shipping fee”. Will not be ordering here again unfortunately!”
