“Way to small”

“There’s no point in filling out questions when booking the appointment. Nothing was pulled, it was pointless. We found the dress on our own and looked around while the uninterested sales associate stood to the side. I was ready to leave as soon as we got there, but unlucky for me, my daughter found a dress that she like and I had to give them my business. It’s a shame because others have had great experiences with certain associates, and it is a beautiful showroom.”

“SO disappointed in this dress - it is covered with very hard glitter. Where the glitter was glued it scratched my arms when I put my arms through the arm holes. I cant image what it would do if I were to wear it for an evening ! SO sad! I just went to return only to find out they don't take returns. This was my first and only purchase from this company! Buyer Beware!!”

“I think it's very poor customer service that you do not accept returns unless you spend almost $70.00 for some return service I've never heard of. Also I wanted to order a few dresses for myself and couldn't do it because you only allow up to $1000.00 purchase to insure a return. This policy does not make me happy.”

“I would not recommend purchasing anything from NewYorkDress. I learned the hard way about their No-Returns policy. The dress I ordered is just not that flattering, and it can't be returned. Please read their no-return or refund policy and order from another company.”

“not happy with the return --the people that sent me a label, sent a label with a san francisco address. getting hold of them is a nighmare. no I'm not happy with the way the dress is returned. not into dealing with mistakes and no one to call. very stressful as they tell you that you have 5 days.”
