“One dress was very small I couldn’t change or return it It was a very expensive dress and I can’t do anything with it When buying online there is a great chance that the dress doesn’t fit and it is very unfair that we can’t return it and get a credit or change it I am very disappointed with the service”

“Horrible customer service. Everyone you talk to gives a different answer. Asked if the dress had mesh because pictures on website were poor quality. Customer service rep assured me it did not. Imagine my surprise when dress arrived with not one but three mesh panels! Multiple additional chats and calls to the company required for resolution, and different answers and direction every time. Overall an awful experience for the money spent. Website and customer service quality both need improvement! Communicated with company via live chat, telephone, and email. This survey is poorly designed because only allows one response to that question below!”

“Never buy a dress from them unless you are 110% sure. I bought the dress and they called me and said they have return policy of 100% refund or exchange but when I decided I wanted to return the dress since I am pregnant and it didn’t fit right, they said no return or exchange policy. After calls and calls I was able to change the dress but lose $200.”
