“I'm very disappointed. I order it from NY all the way to Saudi Arabia and eventually, I received a different dress. After waiting and leaning to that dress then I received wrong dress!! till now I haven't received the refund in my bank.”

“It was my first time and mostly the last time buying on NYD. Because your size description is so much off than the actual size, no one can do online shopping with NYD. Customer service was also not good with their responses.”

“The dress has been used! I just received the shipment and was very excited to try it on. I opened the box, the dress has no tags and has dirt on the bottom of the skirt!!! Sorry, but I don’t even want to put it on my body.”

“I actually got a email saying that the dress was delivered until today I didn’t get the dress I checked after I order it to see and it shows that it’s still pending but yesterday I got a confirmation that it was shipped And til the day I didn’t get it I had to order another dress from somewhere else because it was taking forever could you please confirm the tracking number for me because I did not get that dress”

“I am a size 4. I ordered the dress in - size 6 to be cautious. $375 later I have a dress that is way too small, despite the size guide and I am stuck with it. I can’t wear it and I can’t return it. I will never purchase from here again.”
