It would be ideal if it was made clear that all sales are final without having to hunt for the information. Additionally, the image representing the dress I purchased does not reflect the true color. The dress appears to be slightly off white. In reality it’s an yellow cream. At that cost, with no option to return, the images need to fully reflect what the item it.

3 dresses I ordered I got emails back after 2/3 days of ordering them (mind you i paid extra for 2 day shipping) saying they were out of stock. Is every dress on here out of stock?

I bought 3 expensive dresses 2 of them did not fit at all. They were so small for the size. They told me that I couldn't return or exchange them. I spent money on dresses that I can't wear. I will never purchase here anymore.

The two individuals working were incredibly rude to my parents and I and was giving us attitude for asking simple questions about the dress. Never have been so disappointed.

Don’t waist your time ! We were met Joseph out person sales consultant ! He met us with His Terrible attitude! Joseph was a snob ! Not one dress was from the website was available to try on ! Very disappointing ….. But what disappointed me most was I drove over an hour to be met by a boy - who said oh no that dress is for our vip bloggers give me a break .the one dress that I would have tried on ! The star is for the view !

Sadly, I did not have a positive experience with this company. When you purchase online, some dresses have a red note underneath that says they cannot be returned and others do not. I specifically picked a dress that did NOT have that note since I was ordering online. The dress did not fit properly when it arrived and when I reached out about returning it I was told there would be a store credit minus a restocking fee. I then asked what happened if the next dress did not fit properly? I was told they would continue to remove a restocking fee until we found one that fit properly or I could come into the store to pick the next dress if I ever found myself near the location, which again is useless since I live across the country. I highly suggest using a different company that is more accommodating with online orders.

In this day and time of Covid any legitimate business will let you return and get credit. This dress did not fit anywhere close to what the picture illustrated. I need a mother of the bride dress for January and there is nothing else I like on your site. The dress is on the way back to you. Not happy about a $41 restock fee and then only credit on your site. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Not very clear that there are no returns so now I have a $250 dress that doesn’t fit me and I can’t return. Even a credit would be helpful.

My fault for not paying attention to the return policy but every other place I have ordered from (Neiman's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Mac Dugal) allow returns. You don't offer anything I can't get somewhere else so I won't ever order again.

I will never buy for them anymore, I spent over thousand dollar on the dress , all I need is to exchange for different size and they charge me 10% more and no return ! It is Insane

The dress on the website is a very pale silver, but the dress that was delivered is a very dark grey. This was totally misrepresented and I was charged a 15% restocking fee (approximately $120). I am very upset with this horrible customer service and I would appreciate a refund of the restocking fee.

I made it clear that I am not a tall person when I ordered the dress but it came way too long - like can't even alter it too long. When I called to speak with a representative all she said was we don't do refunds and that was that. Not buying from here again.

I paid for a Nina Canacci gown on 10/19. I was told in the chat by a representative because I wanted to ensure the shipping time met my timeline and was told it would only be one day to process. I paid for express overnight shipping and I have yet to receive the dress. I called late the following day and requested shipping They, I was told it was FOUR days to ship. I called back second time on Thursday and was told they would contact the designer and get back to me. No return call or email. I called back Friday--still no dress. I was told the designer said they shipped it. It is now the 25th and I have no gown when the wear date is this Saturday. It would still have to be tailored which is nearly impossible now and I STILL haven't received the dress. I was refunded shipping but that doesn't resolve the issue I now have no dress, and I would have to just grab something now and this event is important. They have links to the designers who ship, not them directly so it leaves a lot of room for error. Very disappointing, and most likely won't be using again.

I'm really disappointed with my purchase. My dress was apparently used. It was filthy and had a stain and a few tears. I mean the dress is beautiful so I decided to keep it because it fit perfectly.... They only refunded me 30$?!?! The dress needed to be cleaned and repaired which cost's an additional 95$. I've never had this happen to me before. I've worked in retail and I would never do this to a client. The least they could do was cover the repair!!!!NEVER buying here again.
