i had no idea i could not return my dress without redeem insurance. now i am stuck with a 500.00 dress that does not fit well.

Very upset with my purchase - more upset that I am unable to reach anyone - I’ve sent two emails and reached out by phone with no results. My dress is missing a sequence on the front strap and would like to return but can not reach anyone to help me!!

Was caught off guard completely that the dress I purchased was final sale. Disappointed. I don't mind that policy, just make it apparent to the customer when making a purchase.

If I could give a -10 I would. I’ve tried 3 of the same dresses in 3 different sizes and all 3 are the same. There is a major design flaw that cost me $130 to send them back even with the Seel assurance I purchased. Extremely disappointed.

I bought a 500$ dress that didn’t fit so I knew I had not bought the return insurance but I thought I could get a store credit , but nope!! Nothing Out $500

BUYER BEWARE before ordering online from this company. NO refunds for returned items. Any returns must be for store credit or exchange and ALL involve a $15% restocking fee. This store sells very expensive merchandise. it will cost you to buy from them unless you are SURE that your item looks good and fits. Go to a real store.
