Buying something online? Buy at your own risk. Once you placed the order it's yours. NO REFUND. Store credit only. The store customer Service manager told she would take the item back as a one time courtesy; but the restocking fee was much too high. I purchased a gown on line, I didn't like the fit, they refused to take it back. I drove to the store in effort to find something that I liked, selection of styles was very limited. I had to spend more money to find another gown somewhere else. As I said make sure of your selection before you place your order. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I am very disappointed, what was on the picture is not what I received. It's completely different dress. I have to return the dress back.

I acknowledge we was 10 minutes late but her reaction was unprofessional, letting my daughter know she didn’t have time to help her try “20” dresses when we only picked 3. She looked annoyed the whole time making my husband and I uncomfortable
