“Dress arrived today. It did not fit and I immediately called for a return label. I was told that they don't do returns only store credits. This is rediculous! I will dispute the charge and never buy from this retailer again!”

“Ordered a dress here that I couldn’t find anywhere else. After I placed my order I did end up seeing it in a store. I contacted newyorkdress twice. Once over phone call and once over chat both conversations were to confirm they definitely had the dress. Five days after I placed my order they canceled the order on me stating they actually did not have it in stock. The store I saw the dress in already sold it by now. Also it is still available to purchase on newyorkdress. It’s Sherri hill 57072 in size 2. Very disappointed.”

“You would think expect a dress for this price to be sent in a nice package not wrapped in some cheap plastic. Plus, the dress came with some stains on it. You can tell someone wore it before it was sent to me. I can’t advise someone to buy their wedding dress online. What a huge dissapointment”
