“I acknowledge we was 10 minutes late but her reaction was unprofessional, letting my daughter know she didn’t have time to help her try “20” dresses when we only picked 3. She looked annoyed the whole time making my husband and I uncomfortable”

“They wouldn't cancel the order after I recieved a refund notice thinking a previous order was out of stock. Now I will have an extra dress that I do not need. Read the fine print! Another website clearly says final sale on the page of the dress. It's mostly my fault, but I would have appreciated a little grace in this matter and would've considered them for future purchases.”
