“The return process is not efficient. I ended up purchasing a dress somewhere else because it took a long time to return and receive credit for the return dresses. Also, the size chart is completely wrong, that was a big factor on why we had to return dresses and the colors are not accurate either.”

“I ordered an MNM Couture dress and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The dress looked nothing like the photo shown on their website—it was poorly packaged, wrinkled, and honestly looked like a used dress. For something that was supposed to be brand new and high quality, this was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to spend an additional $800 just to have the dress altered and repaired enough to make it look somewhat presentable. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Very disappointed with this purchase.”

“I bought a dress online that I returned because it looked awful on me. The return policy is rough you have to return them so quickly for store credit, which I did and then I bought another dress of less value. It worked, wasn’t great and was still very expensive. Then I bought another dress with the remaining credit that wasn’t as expensive. It’s okay, really not that nice. I will never buy another dress from here, the return policy is so frustrating. I think you really have to go in person to make sure you love it before buying. Do not recommend.”

“Dress was as it was listed on the site, absolutely beautiful. I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. When you spend $400 on a dress you would at least expect it in some sort of garment bag and secured in the package. It came on a plastic hanger with what looked like a trash bag over it, and because the dress was all beaded and very heavy it was all smashed at the bottom of the box. Not exactly what I was expecting when I opened the box but thank goodness the dress wasn’t damaged to the point I couldn’t fix (a few stones fell out of the beading)”
