“Beautiful dress, came surprisingly quickly and is prettier than pictured!”

“A very bad experience. To begin with, I asked for an exchange because the top part wouldn't close, so I emailed them to see if they could give me a larger size. They replied that they couldn't because it was on sale. Well, I decided to have it altered, and it worked. But on the day of the party, what a surprise! After the religious ceremony, I got up and heard something pop, and to my shock, the dress had ripped at the hips in the back. It was the most embarrassing thing that could have happened, and I had no choice but to exchange it. Honestly, the dress was very pretty, but it's not worth spending so much on a dress that will only last while you're trying it on. I don't recommend it, especially since you don't even have the option of exchanging it. The designer was Jovani”

“The color of the dress was beautiful, but the fit was not as expected. The strap of the dress had an issue and it kept fall off my shoulders all night at the event i was disapponted”

“Great customer service! They called me immediately to let me know that a particular size was sold out and worked with me determine my right size and went the extra mile to ship the dress by 2-day UPS due to time constraints on my end. Received many compliments for the dress.”

“I had to return a dress that ordered by mistake. I reached out to the store by email and they were very helpful. They allowed me to exchange the dress and the turn around was only a few days. I was relieved that I was able to get the dress I wanted because it was sold out quickly after.”

“I ordered two dresses from NYD, but I didn't like the look or fit of one of them. The return process was seamless, and I was promptly issued store credit for my next purchase. They also respond to emails very quickly. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!”

“Extremely pleased with the dress. The only thing that I would mention is that it gives off colour. My nails were black around the edges after touching it. And I could not get the stain off. Thankfully, it was a fake press on the nails, so I just ripped them off the next day. Ha ha. Except from that the dress is stunning and very comfortable and light to wear. Will definitely purchase again.”
