I never received the dress and the first one I ordered went on back order two weeks before very important wedding. I’m very disappointed with your company and I don’t see myself recommending you to anyone.

Dress does not fit. There were was no where it said it could not be returned. Customer service said they would give me credit but that doesn't help because I don't trust the sizes of others dresses. I don't see anywhere that states the measurement of the dresses either. Internet has other unhappy customers that say the same thing about not being told you can not return the dress. What a scam.

Dress is nice. However this site does not do returns and that was not communicated at sale. The dress does not fit me so now I am stuck with something I cannot wear. Not good sustainer service.

on May 29th (Monday) Roel tried to lie to me by saying the order was shipped, and do not have Tracking# until 48 hours later. I emailed the seller on Saturday May 27th notifying them to cancel the order that was placed om Friday night May 26th. I also sent the same notice to the seller on Saturday morning May 27th on their website contact. I promise that I will fight all the way, and they will not get the payment from my credit card company.
