“Newcastle airport is great. Baggage really quick, Jet 2 staff fantastic. Security fully manned and doing the best they can BUT terribly overcrowded at peak morning slots means difficulty getting a coffee or sandwich or shop.”

“Always use Newcastle Parking, it’s easy and well signed for spaces and a courtesy bus if you don’t want to walk. I have just returned from Majorca and while abroad we had the chance to extend our stay. Flights changed no bother. I rang airport parking staff were brilliant and extended my parking stay minimum charge well done. I also like emails with new info and discounts for parking, keep it up until my next booking.”

“We arrived at the airport on 28/8/23 at 12pm and although busy, we parked easily, and caught the shuttle bus to the airport. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to the air traffic control disruption and so returned to our car at 7.30pm. I knew our situation was classed as an extraordinary occurrence and so was worried about all the extras we'd paid for our holiday. We spoke to a gentleman in the office on site and he assured us we could return the next day to continue our parking should our flight be rescheduled. Unfortunately our holiday was cancelled later that night and so the next day I emailed explaining the situation and hoping a refund could be arranged. I received a prompt reply offering us a full refund that day. I was so relieved and very grateful to your wonderful staff for being so understanding and helpful both on site and by email. We have rebooked our holiday for November and will be booking our parking again. May I take this opportunity to thank you all for helping us through what was a very difficult and disappointing time for my family (I have 2 disabled children). Your kindness was very much appreciated.”

“We arrived at 04:00 early start drove straight in met by reception staff who explained were to park etc helped with suitcase and trolly great stress free survice same on way back super .”
