“We used the premium fast track parking as we wanted a larger space as have a big car. Car park was very easy to find and couldn’t have been closer to the terminal”

“Arriving at airport everything great, buses very regular to help you to airport, on my return no buses anywhere to be seen. But I had entered my registration incorrectly so on the way out the barrier wouldn’t lift, a very kind and helpful gentleman came to help and explained what I had done wrong. Thankyou to the gentleman who helped me and I will try to get it right next time.”

“The long stay car park was very busy and signage to vacant areas needs to be improved. The biggest problem was that when we arrived back into the airport at 7.00 pm after a delayed flight from Jersey, we had to wait until 8.00 for a shuttle bus to take us back to the car. Surely the shuttle bus needs to run 24/7. The sign on the bus stop outside the terminal indicated that there are no shuttle buses between 4.30 and 8.00. This needs addressing urgently as it could mean that people with mobility issues who could not walk back to their car, could be stranded in the terminal for 3 or more hours. As an airport with ambitions to expand services, this presents a major problem.”
