“Use the long stay twice in the last 4 months and is so much easier than waiting around for your taxi and ceapest way for my personal distance. Will definitely use again if Newcastle keeps the rates competitive.”

“Cheap and easy to get too we only had 1 problem when we came out they tried to charge us the full amount so we had to wait until they checked the booking ref then they let us free. Great bus pick up and all we did going out was use the phone in the shelter and a bus came for us in minutes cheers Lynn”

“Quick check in and arrival. Not five star because parking barrier would not work on exit, pre paid ticket for long stay, had to exit car in torrential rain at 23.00 to get help from attendant no problem very helpful just frustrating as this happened on a previous occasion.”

“The booking process is simple and prices reasonable. On the flip side the exit procedure was a let down again! Whoever took my registration misread an 'O' for a zero and so a hold up - maybe explain registration plate configurations to appropriate staff?”

“No problems parking and easy to get through security, however I am not to keen on the duty free layout. Too much emphasis on this part of the airport,duty free is finished for me. The coffee shops and bars are acceptable.”

“Easy booking system & reasonably priced compared to other airports. Car parks ùvery full & struggled to find a space, cars parked on all perimeter roads. Didn't understand why some car parks were closed off when it was so busy. No buses available late at night/early morning to take us to car we had to walk.”
