“For an International Airport, Newcastle is excellent as it's the only Airport within 2 hours of Whitehaven, it's clean, friendly and never seems to have delays or the Airport being overcrowded. The one minus is that the road signs, particularly coming off the A1 are poor.”

“Straight forward, easy drop off service. Particularly good when coming home, we came down from Edinburgh so to be able to jump straight in your car was a bonus. Will definitely use again if travelling from Newcastle.”

“Booked the medium stay on line, no problems. Dropped the car off, no problems. Picked the car up, no problems. Got charged, no problems. Can't ask for more........cheaper perhaps but we have stayed booked a few times and are very satisfied.”

“Easy to get to and not far from the terminal (free pick up bus if required) We sometimes have a problem finding a parking space(as happened this time and we spent quite a time driving around to find one)Could you not allocate a numbered/letter zone when booking Apart from this we are happy to use the facility and have done for many years”

“facilities good, choice of shops, cafes, bars Only negative was meet and greet car parking needs to be better sign posted when entering from main ring road around airport, a lot of my customers comment not well sign posted too. And when coming back, passport control took ages - not all desks manned for 3 flights and had to wait 1 hour for luggage belts to move with suitcases coming off at 1 in the morning, unfortunately usually this is the norm”

“I would like to say what made me unhappy. There were two sections of the car park labelled with the letter I which is very confusing. Also we and other customers had great difficulty getting out of the car park. We were told that it would be automatic as the camera would read our registration. We had to make 2 visits to the office by which time there was a long que behind us.”

“I booked 'Park & Fly' using telephone number on card picked up in parking office last time we parked there. Thought I was booked in the usual system where we leave car key and are taken by minibus to terminal. When I arrived to deposit my car I was told I was booked into 'airport car park' within the airport. (Courtesy bus to terminal) why was I boookec into that car park rather than Park & Fly?”
