“About time Newcastle got this type of parking.manchester has had it for years. It's a good setup and buses are regular so you don't need to wait for long.so all in all easy and simple. Prices are average tho probably the earlier you book the less money it'll be. Just remember where you park.”

“Easy to get in but hard to find a parking spot and othrs do not park efficiently, ie they take up 2 spaces.”

“It's handy, efficient and friendly only criticism is we don't like the recent changes to the departure lounge it's too commercial and the seating is very limited unless you sit in a noisy bar”

“Easy Peasy great facility and very easy to use the only little niggle was the information on how to use the buses to and from the airport, but to be honest if you are fit and well you can walk to the airport within a couple of minutes and that's with your suit case as well. Will definitely be using the facility again.”

“I felt my car was secure and safe at Newcastle Airport. I did however lose my ticket and they couldn't find my booking but as soon as I found the reference I was given a ticket to get out. I would definitely recommend the long stay at Newcastle .”

“Meet and greet was excellent, and so close to main building. A good start to what is normally a stressful part of travel. Then on return the car was ready for us with no barriers to get through. Way to go!”

“Parking went smoothly & quick transport to the terminal. Jet 2 staff friendly & efficient & check in was quick Security was thorough Some duty free competitively priced. I would have given 5 stars however our flight was delayed and board not updated which resulted in a last minute panic as info went straight to last call.”
