“the parking area is well arranged. We did not need the service bus as the distance to the departure terminal is well within walking distance. When we were ready to leave the car park on our return journey, the entry ticket did not get our car reg Number correctly, thus there is an issue with parking charges. But with the help of the staff on site the issue was quickly resolved. The lady on site was kind and helpful.”

“Pretty well organised, minimum delays getting through security. However -and as ever - price of food and drink is extortionate - almost £20 for two bacon sandwiches and two coffees? You must do better.”

“Very easy to find and park. Paid for the parking online (recommended as its cheaper) Turned up at the gate and followed the instructions as given in the email. So arrived at the gate pressed the button and got my ticket. Went on holiday and return to my car 5 days later. Went back to the gate but the gate would not open......pressed the help button and once I gave the operator my ref number the gate was opened and I was away. My particular problem was that my number plate was not easily read buy the gates camera. If my plate was easily read then I think I would have been get out with just the ticket. But other than this problem the car was fine no issues, parking was also fine again with no issues.......and I would use this service again.”

“Booking of the car parking was very quick and easy on-line, accessing and leaving the car park is easy. No problems at the barriers. Only issue is finding a space, this can take a while and can be some distance from the airport, although the buses to and from the terminal run regularly.”

“Very easy to get in and out of and everyone was very helpful. Two suggested improvements: provide cereal breakfast choice and better labelled car parks as I forgot which part of the long stay we were in!”

“There were space available in the short stay park, but all the disabled spaces were occupied. Can more of these be made available - I have problems getting in and out of the car in the normal spaces.”

“Everything was very easy and good shops/eating places in the departures. However paying £1 for a bag for hand luggage liquids is not acceptable, especially when other airports do not charge for them”
