“The parking is good and an acceptable distance to walk if you don't want to use the free bus service. The signs showing information about car park areas, from my recollection, does not face the oncoming traffic and therefore a little difficult to read.”

“Good being able to park in the short stay for an additional £10 for our two week holiday. Down side it wouldn't let us out! Had to buzz for help which was a pain after a long flight etc. Then had to supply reference for booking before being allowed to exit. So had to turn phone on, then find email.”

“The whole experience was very easy to manage unfortunately out car was damaged when we returned to the value of £150 so in future it will be cheaper to get a taxi.”

“The overall process of booking a coach pick up or drop off was fairly easy The only problem was at the barrier where you need give in your code. This can take a while as w assume that there is a central control. Our last visit saw us wait over 5 minutes waiting to be allowed to proceed”

“I understand its a busy time of year, but you do wait a while before transports arrives. Also it takes ages before somebody actually picks up the phone to request transport to and from the terminal.”
