“Have used the long stay parking before, it's cheaper than getting taxis to airport and back for us. Very convenient. This year we had a slight problem when the machine wouldn't issue us with a ticket on entry. We just popped into the office on the way to the terminal and the staff member was very helpful and told us to call back into the office on our return from holiday to be issued with a ticket to exit the car park. Would definitely use the long stay parking again.”

“Proximity of the car park to the airport, even though we were parked in the overflow car park. The only downside was the time it took for the bus to collect us on the return journey.”

“I have used airport parking for several years now. I have always found the staff on the telephone very helpful. I live locally so it is normally cheaper to get a taxi than pay full price for parking. The staff have always got me a better price when I phone through. This year the member of staff was very unhelpful and quite rude and gave me a higher price than I found online. If this was my first attempt to book I wouldn't have bothered. When we left the airport the ticket barrier machine did not accept our ticket so we had to push the button. It sounded like the same girl who answered the button. Again she was rude and miserable. I think a bit of customer service training is required to make her more approchable. No problems at all with the parking apart from her.”

“Right next door to the terminal the direction to drop off could have been clearer but once there it was simple and despite a delay of 19 hours the car was ready and waiting. Will use again”
