“We were e-mailed asking if we would like to upgrade to meet and greet parking, however nobody met us and nobody greeted us!!! Having said that, the car park is practically on the doorstep of the terminal building so won't complain but it is ambiguous!!!”

“Check in and security fine, catering facilities need a good overhaul. Cannot cope at busy times and very overpriced for the quality and service they offer. Bring back the Eagle Bar!”

“Couldn't be closer, pre-booking means hassle free on site - collect ticket at barrier on arrival and input the same ticket at barrier on departure (yes - that really is all you need to do). A bit on the pricey though...”

“Used Meet & Greet. for the first time have always used Long Stay in the past. Was confused when we arrived as only one way in and out barrier was down.. Could be signposted better. Meet and Greet actually named wrong as no one meets you or greets you!”

“Facilities are good especially when upgrading to Short Term Park. Easy access and very close to terminal, but on exiting, the machine rejected my ticket with the message that I had exceeded the exit time. In fact I was about 10 hours before my exit time. When I contacted the staff I was immediately let out, but I would like an explanation as to why it happened and some assurance that it will not happen next time.”

“Easy to park, easy to speak to operators before and after booking, very pleasant staff. Only problem I had was my ticket wasn't recognised at the barrier and I had to speak to a very busy operator who was taking calls from other disgruntled customers who had the same problem as myself. Gremlins may have just been at work that day, but I suspect not, as it did advise that if the ticket didn't work at the barrier. get in touch with an operator. Not the best thing to have to do when there's a queue of people behind, thinking you're an inept individual who's probably inserted his card in the wrong way round or something daft like that.”

“Easy entrance and exit process. Number plate recognition allows for quick exit. Downside to car park is each section is denoted with a letter i.e. A, B,C etc but bus stops are numbered 1,2,3 etc. Make sure you know which bus stop you get on and the car park letter because if it's wet and dark and the bus is rammed with people and cases it could be difficult too return.”

“Used the long stay car park for 5 days having pre booked. straightforward and number plate recognition worked well. Only criticism was that bus frequency seems variable and I had to walk with my bags.”
