“Long stay car park booking and admin so much easier now and with number plate recognition too. Car parking surfaces could be improved.”

“Clean airport quick to get checking and security the cars for the planes and not very good can make you possibly late and on the way back had to wait a long time for the bus to the car park had to phone 3 times but over all good service”

“The airport itself is a welcoming place with good car parking and all the shops and food outlets you should need. Boarding the aircraft would be improved without having to walk across the tarmac cram on to a bus. However, NCL is an asset to the region.”

“Well sign posted, a selection of parking areas drop off pick up ( downside you have to pay £1.00 =10-15 Mins) meet &a greet, short,medium, long stay. Internal bus for pick ups, Ave 10 min wait. 5 mins to get to terminal.”

“Until 2 weeks ago you would have got full marks. I go to Paris most weeks and park in the short stay but the last 2 weeks I have had problems getting out of the parking area. My return from Paris always comes in about 22-30hrs and I book until 23-00. My ticket has been rejected a time expired when it has not!!! This causes delays for myself and other users.I have not had a reason for this yet. Otherwise security and boarding experiences are good.”

“Parking was simple and short stay parking was very close to the terminal. Only problem we had was exiting the car park. We had pre paid but it was sorted within a minute and we were able to exit without any build up of traffic.”
