“a bit busy at this time of the year but i must say well done newcastle airport parking still plenty of spaces avalible and the girls on the phone where excellent again Thanks Mr Wigham”

“Park & Greet is a good idea & very close to check-in area, but the actual entrance to it, to drive into is not actually signed? very confusing how to get in? & very close to another entrance, which I first drove into? So please get some new signage, etc... while I was waiting I noticed another driver doing exactly the same, so I didn't feel that silly.”

“Signage at entry to Medium Stay car park could be improved as yet you do not really see it until you are past it. Once again on leaving I was asked to pay a large sum £500 plus. On taking my paperwork to the kiosk I was told you were updating servers and that was why the problem had occurred. Over the years of using the car park once a year this must have happened on at least three occasions so I actually expect to have a problem and keep the paperwork available and am not proved wrong.”

“The location of the carpark to the terminal is excellent and pretty straight forward to book. The only thing stopping me saying 5 out of 5 is the difference in prices. Sometimes in principal, the cost is too expensive...albeit in the background we dont see whats required. But from a customers point of view, we drive in park car and get charged a lot. Surely the prices could come down a little...I use the parking regular!”

“Usually fast and efficient with good service and flight punctuality. However, service in the food areas is dreadful. Staff are in general surly and unhelpful; food is at best average; takes ages to get served; all in all really lets down an otherwise super airport. This is not a one off, but over at least 3 or 4 visits, always the same poor service in this regard.”
