“It’s so very easy and hassle free when booking online. It’s a shame the parks near the terminal are often closed although empty as we prefer to walk rather than take the courtesy bus as it saves lifting cases on and off the bus”

“Good value, easy to find, friendly staff, car ready on return. Only negative, I was requested to sign a blank car (damage) inspection card without the inspection taking place! any damage which occurred after leaving my car could have been added to the card with my signature on it, this practice needs to change. either inspect the car or do not request signature on a blank card!!”

“After dropping car off within seconds the shuttle bus was there to pick us up dropping us right off at terminal doors, only fault was on return the bus was full and the driver was shouting for everyone to move down the bus to cram more people on which was a nightmare because trying to move down the bus lifting big cases as there was no room to place case at front. Stop putting somany people on the bus at one time and the service would be 5 star.”

“Not very happy. Received E-Mail about week before we were due to fly advising if we wanted to pay an extra £10 we could park nearer the Airport (after having already paid £33.00). When we arrived to park the car parks were quite empty and as normal the signs say they are 'full' and send you to a car park further away.”

“The airport is clean and modern. An ok range of shops for the size of the airport, could be better. Some of the restaurants need replaced they are never busy and just a waste in my eyes.”
