“Easy Parking, close to terminal for Meet & Greet. One slight niggle it was raining when we arrived and first few entrance doors were not opening after coming up the ramp”

“Great service over the phone with lovely , competent lady taking booking. Only downside : some machines dont recognise ticket on exit. No good if its raining & you need then to get out if car to booth”

“A very satisfactory service. But the driving seat was adjusted Dow n so far I was not able to bring it up. Needed to have it fixed at garage.”

“Good reliable shuttle service. Only slight problem last time that I had to go to the office as was being charged for my parking but was soon rectified by the person in control.”

“Parking close to the terminal. Bus not so frequent and pathway to terminal is not direct or surfaced for a rolling case. Still it is conveniently close and sufficiently surfaced for a car to park up.”

“I have used this facility several times in the past. It is close to the terminal and you can just drive in and oot with no need to visit the office. It was slightly inconvenient that there was a lot of resurfacing work going on and I had to park quite far away.”

“Newcastle is our closest international airport and it does not disappoint. Access to the airport is easy, the on-site parking has always been safe and convenient and even when we have issues (we lost our ticket) everything was sorted out. The facilities at Newcastle are decent and we can usually fill our time before the flight.”
