“I find the car parking at Newcastle Airport really easy to use when flying on business. Being able to book and pay online takes away any issues that may occur at the airport when trying to pay for the parking. The receipt process also allows me to claim my expenses with ease.”

“Convenient but could be improved and better maintained as phone at nearest bus stop was not working so had to wait for another and also waited quite awhile for bus to terminal.”

“Effortless parking, secure and convenient. This only niggle was that the confirmation email said drive in, take a ticket and drive out. On exit the ticket machine did not accept this and we had to go into the office to get this validated.”

“Always use Medium Stay Car Park at Newcastle. Very good value for money. Easy to book and use. Very close to terminal. Only downside is car park surface needs improving no markings visible due to surface breaking up.”

“Short stay parking is very efficient. Long stay parking less reliable as buses are infrequent and luggage space poor and the attitude of staff is mixed. Security is good and staff noticeably polite and efficient. Food provision good but quite expensive. Toilets clean. Business lounges - BA is good but for other airlines it is annoying having Silver loyalty cards with several airlines but not lounge access.”

“Easy to use and very close to terminal. For the first time ever had a slight issue on exiting when the automated display said I had exceeded my time. I hadn’t (10mins under) and this was resolved quickly but did mean I was stuck at barrier briefly”
