“Everything went smooth apart from when we needed to leave the barrier did not move so I went in to the office where Lee sorte the ticket out no problem.”

“We normally go in the long stay and wait for the bus to the terminal but we were given a free upgrade to the short stay carpark the week before we went. This turned out to be very fortunate because we were delayed considerably by traffic problems on our way from Whitby and would have probably missed check in had we not been able to run quickly across the road to the terminal! Good value for what we paid, therefore.”

“It’s very convenient. Just wish they had an easier route to get from the long stay car park to the airport terminal, aspcially when you have bigger suits cases.”

“WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE EXIT WHEN WE PUT OUR TICKET IN MACHINE IT CAME UP WITH A TO PAY OF £180 WE PRESSED HELP SPOKE TO ASSISTANT WHO QUICKLY RESOLVED THE ISSUE ONCE THEY REALISED WE HAD PREPAID”

“very close parking to terminal,small terminal so easy to find way around. adequate food/retail facilities. embarking/disembarking system is efficient. access to road rail etc very good.”

“Reasonable parking price, got through securing quickly and reasonable amenities in the departure lounge. I like the new automatic gates for the boarding cards before security. If i was to sight one criticism it's the fact that passport control when returning can be very slow and non British or EU citizens get through the que quicker.”

“Original flight cancelled out of Hamburg airport so I missed connecting flight Amsterdam Newcastle. Due to overstay in airport car park charged an additional £22.00”

“It’s local - not too far to drive. The car parks are a nightmare for locating your car but the bus really helps to get round that. Someone kind gritted the pavements but a member of cbin crew really hurt herself crossing a car park as a short cut so maybe a bit more gritting required. Good services and clean toilets. Courteous staff. Pretty good all round.”
