“Good short-term park adjacent to the terminal. Fast track security is very fast.”

“Once at the meet and greet handing the car over was easy and picking up on return was just as efficient and the staff both days were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was once on to the Air Port roads following the overhead signs it was difficult to find the office . Poor signage and the fact that I was not expecting to go through a gated entrance taking a ticket as I went caused a bit of confusion as I drove past the car park before realising I had to go into it. Another set of passengers did exactly what I did and we commented to each other how easily we had lost our way. Clearer written instructions would have helped. Simple enough now I know where to go but it was quiet when I arrived it would have been a lot more difficult if there had been more traffic at a busier time of day. I will be using the service again.”

“By comparison with other airports the security is usually swift - although the introduction of a 'slow lane' for folks who have turned up ill prepared (what you mean I'm not allowed to take a massive toothpaste in my hand luggage? what's a clear sealable bag? Oh now then I think I've got a laptop/iPad etc. in here somewhere...) would be welcome!”

“Easy to get into the car parking and easy to get back out on my return. I did not have to wait long for the bus to pick me up for both journeys. Happy to park there and use it again.”

“Signage to the car park was good, soon found a space close to the Terminal so did not use the bus this time. Only problem was on my return could not exit the car park so had to visit the office, problem turned out to be the system not recognising private number plates! The guy in the office sorted it out quickly and I was soon on my way”

“price is ok as long as you have a code to reduce normal price. some of the courtesy coach drivers can be offensive and aggressive.”

“Greg's sausage roll and coffee. Security quick and efficient now. Exiting the Short stay car park continues to be awful. The machine has refused to accept the ticket on my last two visits requiring to call the operator. This has caused serious tailback and time delay. What's the point of using the short stay car park when this happens as using the long stay would be quicker”

“I used Meet & Greet parking for the first time and the ease of use and convenience was so good I will definitely use it again. The checke in experience with Jet2 was seemless as usual and we also had the added convenience of fast track through security”

“The airport is excellent but the long stay parking needs one improvement. A couple of years ago I mentioned this but nothing has happened. When leaving your car there are bus stops scattered around the area but the only way to get a bus is to use the telephone provided at each stop. Nobody has given any thought to what will happen if someone cannot use the phone. Both my wife and I are severely hearing impaired and cannot use the phone so we end up searching for spaces near the exit so that there isn't too far to take the luggage. The problem needs sorting out.”

“Staff were excellent and it was a bonus to fine that the car had been washed when I returned. On the down side the Meet and Greet area was difficult to find when I arrived and even an airport policeman did not know where it was. Improved signage would be helpful.”

“We were very happy with most aspects of the airport very easy to find your way around. We did feel that the parking charges were quite high, compared to other airports that we have stayed at.”

“even though the weather was atrocious everything went like clockwork. I dropped my company off at drop-off with the cases. Parked my car where I thought was appropriate as the ground was covered in snow due to a sudden snowstorm then in a couple minutes on the bus to terminal. My return was just as efficient”
