“Normally everything has been fine, but this time there was a problem with the ticket and a new one had to be printed out before we could exit the car park”

“I am a disabled driver so I found the ramp to the arrivals hall difficult to negotiate. Otherwise all OK especially having the car at the ramps base to meet me.”

“Although entering the parking areas is easy and hassle free the exit process can be a problem from time to time. The ticket barriers are too high for cars but perfect for SUVs ext. Also a receipt should be provided by default.”

“Well laid out. Easy to navigate. Great food outlets. Relaxed shopping areas. But the arrivals area needs improving around capacity and speed. Also the Wi-Fi should auto connect for returning regular users.”
