“Leaving Newcastle was very efficient and quick. Unfortunately on arriving home we had to wait for nearly an hour to get through passport control. It would have helped if all the desks had been manned. The luggage carousels had stopped and all our cases were heaped up and difficult to extract, not easy at nearly 77 years old and not in good health. I know you are going to say that work is being carried out but that is no excuse.”

“The car park barrier system is easy, no waiting or paying on the spot. Car is secure. However, the long stay always has huge areas which are closed off and you have to walk long distance to get to airport or wait ages for a bus. On return to Newcastle after our holiday, the queue for passport control was ridiculously long, about an hour waiting so we were worried our car would incur extra charges but didn't so that was good”

“Easy to use booking online. Number plate recognition on arrival, ticket issued and inserted for exit at the barrier on leaving. Courtesy bus to take customers to the terminal runs around the car park and doesn’t take long. The only problem I find repeatedly is lack of disabled parking.”

“Every thing goes according to plan. However, I am currently using Newcastle airport parking at least 3 times a month and believe they should offer discounts to regular users. A friend who uses the parking once a year for his holidays manages to somehow get a discount code which always gives a much better discount than I can obtain.”
