“The meet and greet compound could have been sign posted better however once we were in the process was easy and the staff were friendly. It was very convenient and great not having to hang around waiting for the bus. I will definitely use for future holidays.”

“PLUS Easy booking, reasonable pricing, closer to terminal than off-site (in distance, if not in transfer times), in my case a truly excellent pickup driver who was most helpful at 2am despite some passengers who insisted on standing with cases in the aisle thus blocking exit for those trying to get off bus MINUS Very poor road signage - tiny signs showing exit, useless at 2am in pitch black poor weather, time from pickup to terminal about the same as off-site parking due to lengthy bus route, dangerous practice of allowing passengers to stand with cases blocking the aisle - nearly had to go round twice when trying to get off bus”

“Easy to book however difficult to find due to wrong sat nav info, when we did find it, after being redirected, it was easy to park and the wait for the bus wasn’t too long. The main problem was lack of signage on leaving the main concourse as to where to find the bus stop for long stay car park. Easy when you have done it once but if you have never done it before almost impossible to know where to go. So please put up decent signage and all will be well.”
