“Advance booking in Short Term Car Park straightforward. Finding suitable parking Bay easy. Exiting at barrier not easy. Put card in and machine displayed a request to pay over £200 for parking already paid for. Operator checked booking and lifted the barrier. This is not the first occurrence of this..at least it was light and not raining heavily like on one of previous occasions.”

“It was easy to find a parking space in long stay car park. Didn’t use buses as we managed to get near the airport it took us 5 minutes to walk it. Booking was easy”

“It was great to be in the Short Stay car park when we returned to Newcastle Airport from Tenerife at 2.30am. Everything went smoothly although on our arrival on Friday 1 June at 12.00 noon it wasn’t easy to find an empty car park space. Prices seem to be rising for this service and it looks like it won’t be long before it is cheaper for us to take a taxi.”

“Used long stay parking on several occasions, bought online, it has always been a very good experience. Good transfers to and from the terminal building. Only hiccup was our ticket on departing the car park didn’t work it would not raise the barrier, said we owed money as the ticket had expired which it hadn’t. Soon sorted out at the office. Would definitely use again.”

“We have used the long stay carpark at Newcastle Airport on several occasions and found it to be very acceptable. The buses run frequently to pick up/drop off passengers and as long as you remember the number of your bus stop and the area it's in you should have no problems at all. Friendly drivers on board the buses too. It's the cheapest way we've found to park the car while we're away somewhere.”

“Safe car park on airport site with courtesy bus picking up/dropping off from shelters. Drivers friendly but don’t assist with baggage.Bus arrived within few minutes of calling from the shelter. We made a note of the bus shelter number and area of car park. Unfortunately as you are driving around the car park to collect your car the bus shelter numbers aren’t visible on the side of the shelter as you approach it. Fortunately it was daylight so recognised where we parked. Suggest you tell the driver the area and shelter you require in case you can’t spot it. Storage of cases on the bus a bit awkward to lift cases in/out.The bus drop off and pick up is immediately outside the terminal. We rang for a pick up and waited about 5 minutes for pick up. Discount may be available in local press or if booked through travel agent.”

“I always use Meet & Greet due to my wife being unsteady on her feet, it is excellent just leave your car and when you return it is there for you. I would have given a Very Good unfortunately the last time we were sent to the wrong isle and I don't no where the car had been parked but it had splashed of sticky blobs all over the car.”
