“Booked a space months ahead of my holiday. Such an easy system to follow. Received an confirmation email with a map to the car park. On the day we drove in only took 5 minuets to find a space then a quick walk to the airport. No stress it was perfect and cheaper than a taxi.”

“On arrival to the car parks the signage wasn’t very good at all . The medium stay car park was not signed along side the short and long stay car parks . Resulting in Me going into the pick up car park . After realizing My fault I was faced with paying £1 to get out , even though I was in there for 30 seconds max. Please will the powers that be sort this out . My travel agent said it’s been Like this for ages. Maybe they have it like that so they can get the extra money. The Airport it’s self was Spot on .”

“Staff were helpful and friendly. Very quick & easy, on departure and arrival, parked car, handed in key, was given a ticket to use on our return. On return handed over ticket car was already there and we drove out of the airport. Only negative comment was the signs at Newcastle Airport are quite confusing when you approach the Meet & Greet car park..”

“Used Meet & Great for the first time and found this a great experience, it was hassle free and all worked out as expected. We had an early morning flight so the airport wasn't too packed, but everything went very smoothly, from checking in (even though the automated system had only been installed a week earlier) to going through security. Our return experience was just as good....Well Done Newcastle Airport.”

“Very clean, efficient and a great airport to fly from. Bus service to car parks were very regular and the driver was happy to get off and help with cases. Cases were off aeroplane very quick on return trip and we were out of the airport in around 30 minutes.”

“Quite reasonable price for short stay parking only £55 for 10 days (with a voucher code) very convenient as right next to the airport terminal would recommend if you can get the same price”

“Short stay car park is ideal place to park for the main terminal as long as it is prebooked. Only 4 stars though as frustratingly the prepayment and car reg not recognised on exit requiring assistance from help button. This happens frequently with my personalised registration number.”

“The location and access is good plenty of parking choices and fair pricing, remember to book long-term parking in advance. Checking in and security process fast and efficient. Duty-free shopping good with some good bargains to be had. Departure lounges, more seating options needed, especially at busy times and when delays occur.”

“Upgraded to short stay parking for £55 for 13 nights, very hand quick walk over pedestrian crossing and your in the terminal. Only down side is having to troll the internet for a promo code or it would have been over £80, why can’t the airport just give you a good deal without having to search for one”

“Easy - only problem was took ages for the bus to come which was fine because we had plenty of time. We walked back rather that waiting which was ok - probably took about 5 minutes at the most.”
