“I liked the opportunity to upgrade from the long stay car park too the short stay. Not sure, but would think that if on arrival there were no spaces in the short stay you just revert back to the long stay and claim a refund.”

“Long stay parking lot was within 10 min walk to the airport (just glad weather was ok as didn’t see a courtesy bus on arrival or departing the airport). The Airport facilities were very good starting at the Jet2 check in which itself was excellent. Back there again in October and car booked into long stay again. Good value for money when a discount was applied.”

“Booking car parking was easy,and reasonably priced given it was peak season.Shuttle bus arrived quickly.Check in was quick,as was the security check.flight both outward and inbound were on time.Good,professional service all round.”

“Booked Medium stay months in advance of parking, no problem arriving but barrier wouldn't open when leaving, required phone assistance to open the barrier. Only a short wait but auto process didn't work.”

“The actual airport facilities are good, our only problem was getting back to our car. We knew it was very close to bus stop 4; but there were no helpful signs to find it. This would be a good improvement. Numbered bays would also help, particularly for the family we spoke to while we searched for our car. They had parked and walked up to the main building and could not remember their car's location. They were still walking round when we drove out.”

“Travelled on a Saturday this year, many of car parks were full as seemed to be very busy. Coach arrived soon after we parked up and made our way to main terminal. Only issue on bus was it was full and as we neared terminal a gentleman who worked at the airport (was in uniform) pushed through people to get off bus first, knocking into mothers with children, surely he could of just waited a minute longer. Otherwise love airport.”

“I use parking here about 3 times a year. Very rarely have any problems. It could use a few more disabled parking spaces in the short stay car park. Highly recommended.”

“Parker and transfer by shuttle busses worked well. We had breakfast in the airport and it took so long that I thought we’d have to leave our food and go to the gate. Also a bag had been left in this food place. I told the staff who said “yes we told security at around 6am and no one has come yet”. Thankfully nothing exploded whilst we were there and I’ve not heard on the news that anything untoward has happened so I can only assume it was a genuine mistake. Slightly worrying tho in the current climate that security didn’t do more.”

“Not great as nowhere close to drop off for free (it's too far in wet from free car park, and you need to pay for closest terminal drop off area).. if you are in long stay that means everything on the bus after you park.”

“Parking area is easy to use and regular buses to the terminal are great. I like having a Greggs available for a snack and the terminal is small enough to get around easily. My only negative is the small and often dirty smoking area.”
