“This review is not so much about the airport but more about the valet parking. The location of the drop-off/pick up point is great. The guys operating the service are extremely helpful BUT the footpath to the airport badly needs resurfacing and to have weather protection erected over it.”

“Overall the experience was very good, the only problem we had was that at 3 o'clock in the morning and not being familiar with the layout we thought the lack of signage for exiting the site was very poor.”

“Parked in Long stay between areas 'A' & 'B' and between bus stops 1 & 2. easy to get to bus stop, waited around 10mins and got dropped off near the front of the departure check-in area. leaving was easy to find car after getting dropped off at the same stop as we used on way in and the number plate recognition worked a treat.”

“Use this parking service several times per year. On the whole it’s very good. Convenient location, and value for money. On occasion some car parks are marked as full and you have a bit more of a trek to the airport, but there are shuttle busses that run frequently.”

“First time using this airport and was quite surprised at how easy it was to get there and what there is to offer travellers before they fly. Will use this airport in the future and when searching for vacations will put it up there with my other preferences. One fault I found was when looking at car parking, there is no mention on the website of difference using short stay, medium stay and long stay. I still don’t know how long you can park your vehicle for in any of the parking areas.”

“Entry and exit from car park very smooth. Bus to terminal arrived reasonably quickly so very short wait at bus stop. However, on our return from holiday, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes before the bus came. There was quite a queue waiting. Have parked at Newcastle many times but never had to wait as long for bus at the terminal.”
