“Parked the and bus was on its way round. Straight to airport. Find food concessions in airport quite expensive and not wonderful. When we arrived back we waited a few minutes for the bus but the driver was very helpful loading up with as many people as possible. Parking the long stay car park is no problem and would use it again”

“On our last visit the short stay car park was packed.We drove around for a few minutes and managed to find a space.Prices higher compared to last year.”

“We have on a couple of occasions experienced issues leaving the car park - car is not recognised and gate doesn’t open with the ticket. We have blocked the gate and had to call for help and find our paperwork as proof of payment. No issues with actual car park or facilities.”

“the Meet and Greet experience was slightly spoilt by 2 things, on arrival vehicles had been left preventing access to the only available parking places, when this was brought to the person manning the office i was greeted with a poor attitude expecting me to squeeze my car through a very small gap, he eventually came and moved some cones to allow access. also i had booked and paid for valeting but was told this service was finished for the year, this would have been a minor inconvenience if not being flatly told it was my problem to claim the money back. again these were minor complaints which only spoilt a good experience”

“Chaos at security checking area when arriving for flight. Staff barking instructions at confused and frustrated passengers, rather than giving clear instructions before passengers got confused. Too many flights within a short space of time, therefore too many passengers all trying to get airside at the same time.”
