“Part of the car park is cordoned off for maintenance which impacts on parking spaces otherwise a good secure car park.”

“Access to the Short Stay Carpark was easy. It is reassuring that the ticket machine acknowledges that you have pre-booked. Finding a space can be difficult and on a cold early morning, this can be a little frustrating to find that you are as far away from the terminal as you can possibly get. However on your return it is a relaxing feeling to know exactly where your car is and that it has been safely parked during your holiday.”

“The problem is the bus.layout One side should be long seats and opposite should be for your cases,double up but not three high everybody is not that strong”

“Newcastle airport has great facilities, the meet and greet parking is the best thing that I have done, there is no hassle ,the people are friendly, and there's no waiting for taxi's. There are plenty of shops, cafe's and bar's, although the drinks in the bar's are pretty expensive, I would like to try the executive lounge but not sure what the fee is to go in one, the airport is very clean, the only downside about it is the new passport scanning area which takes longer to get through, apart from that great.”

“Parked in short term parking area. Although everywhere seemed to be taken we did find a parking space after a while. Very easy to locate car on our return although exit signs not clear due to work being carried out.”

“Meet and greet parking worked fine for us on a recent trip to US via Amsterdam. Straight from the car to the terminal outbound; straight from the terminal to the car on our return.”

“could you change the system so that when pre booking you are allotted a parking space. the last twice that we have used the short term park we have struggled to find to find an available space. let alone a disabled bay.”

“Stayed in Short Term Car Park which was only a short walk from terminal, ideal when returning on a cold Friday night. Previously used long term, parking okay but had to wait a while for a bus which because of the wait was full causing some problems as people arrived at the area in which they were parked.”

“Took advantage of Short Stay Parking offer and so much more convenient than waiting for buses in Long Stay area. NB Not happy on return to Airport to find escalator up to Passport Control not working causing several elderly/infirm passengers difficulty including my husband. No alternative to stairs offered and no staff assisting.”
