“Having booked online several times the entry / exit system works well. However the availability of parking spaces could be improved by having staff on site directing incoming traffic to areas where there is obviously space. The information boards on entry suggest space is available in some areas but leads to drivers looking in frustration for spaces which do not seem to exist. On a recent visit one of the courtesy bus drivers had to stop his bus and take control of directing cats to available space.”

“We upgraded to short stay car park after receiving a special price to do so. My wife is disabled and had broken her ankle so I going to find it difficult to get her, two large cases and her walking aid to and on to the bus to get to departures so being able to get out of the car directly in front of the terminal, get a trolley for the cases and assist my wife was easy and a godsend. Although it didn't matter too much, there was a barrier stopping access to the disabled bays so the wider bays were not available which could have been a problem for anyone who had a wheelchair to contend with.”

“Booking on line was quick and easy. Arrival and departure went very smoothly. Only drawback I care to mention is that the buses do not run as often as I'd like. I walked to the terminal and back to the car and didn't see a bus.”

“Easy on line booking which allowed me to go from my flight straight to the car without having to pay at the machine. Rates are cheaper on line pre-booking for the short/medium stay.”

“I use the long-stay car park several times a year and find everything about it very good. The only problem I have is that after booking the long stay I have been offered the chance to upgrade to the short stay for a small fee. Every time I take this option the ticket machine fails to recognise my ticket on exit. I then have to have my booking reference on hand to speak to the control room via the intercom so that I can get out. I don’t really mind this but the control room staff always seem off hand as if somehow I have done something wrong. All I am doing wrong is keeping them in a job!”

“Found parking space and was inside terminal within 10 mins. On return the bus was waiting to take me back to the carpark. Very friendly drivers and the number plate recognition worked a treat!”

“Parked in Long Stay. Good price, and easy to find car park. Short wait for bus to terminal. However, on return had to wait quite a while for bus from terminal to car park - seemed there was only 1 bus operating which was disappointing as car park was full”

“Airport was fine, had an issue with long stay car park, tried to leave at 02.00 hours and it said ticket had expired, on my email and receipt I had paid until 3am so had to walk to the little office and explain and had a new ticket issued, that was not good after a night time flight with two children”
