“The drivers were very helpfull, but waited well over 10m to get picked up, generally happy with the service”

“Quite easy to park. Bus shuttle drivers have been very helpful. Max wait for bus was 20 minutes. Letter system in parking area has to be mastered as there are duplicate letters in different sections. We `lost' the car the second time we used you! Sorted now because we jot down bus stop number, area letter and take a little snapshot!”

“Upgraded to short stay for an extra fee, struggled to find a space as work going on in car park, eventually after 10 mins driving round managed to squeeze into one nice and close to terminal.”

“I use NCL a lot. The only thing I would recommend is a review of the parking charges. Very expensive. Same with the airport taxis - pricey.”

“Getting better all the time. Parking spaces better, access control gate mechanism now based on number plate recognition better but still with friendly Geordie bus drivers. What's not to like?”

“The rate for parking outside of the terminal was very reasonable and saved a lot of hassle. Better signage within the car park would help, however, I realise that there are ongoing works in the car park. Would park there gain”

“Easy access from short stay car park. Very short queues at security. Very good new healthy eating outlet, a pity no seating next to it. Still too much space for bars and unhealthy food outlets. Limited general seating.”

“Efficient services. However would like more schedule direct international .flights to avoid having to fly to LHR/Dublin/Amsterdam before connecting to USA”
