“Clear signing to Car Park, however upon entry I truggled to locate Blue Badge Section. No problems upon Exiting car park and in future I do plan to use again.”

“Always use this service very easy normally bus every few minutes but returning home this time bus was ages to arrive. Buzzed twice and told must be busy don’t think so at 8pm on a Thursday evening. Will def use again as usually great service”

“Would have been 5 star rating but we parked beside signs F&G and caught the bus to the terminal. On returning at night we asked to go back to F&G only to be asked for a shelter number as F&G are covered be a number of shelters. It was fortunate my car lights up from the key fob. It would have been nice for the driver or something on the bus to display the shelter number.”

“Great drop off and pick up service. Only issue was car parks were very chaotic due to extensive work being carried out and signage wasn’t very clear on arrival.”

“We used the long stay parking recently The.bus shuttle.was frequent and secure parking was one less thing to worry about Easy booking using the website Will always use this facility when travelling from NCL 😎”
