“I have always found that Newcastle Airport Parking was great for myself who flies on business trips . The booking process is easy and user friendly. It was good value for money but the recent price rise has meant that other options have become more cost effective.”

“On this occasion I found the pricing to be reasonable. The acce§s and exit process very smooth. Also on this occasion the bus staff were very helpfull and pleasant. Would book again if the price is right. Overall very satisfied.”

“Usually very good but due to building works we were directed to long stay when we had booked short stay and even though there were disabled spaces available (and I am a blue badge holder) we couldn't get access to it and was told we would get a refund for the difference in price we have received nothing yet. But as the service is usually very good we have already booked for our next stay and things may have improved by then,”

“Good parking tho' came back to a large transit van parked next to me. It was so close I had to climb in passengers side. This vehicle was too big for the space marked out and should not be allowed in to a space allocated for normal sized cars.”

“Very convenient & easy to book. My only criticism is that the switch from ‘Medium’ stay to Short Stay 2 is confusing....when I booked the website refers to Medium and it’s only in the small print that Short Stay 2 is mentioned whereas the physical approach signage only uses the latter.”

“Always seem to have problems exiting any of the car parks because of a private registration number. Would be 5 stars if they sorted this out. I’ve worked with ANPR and they never had any problems reading any type of reg no. I ALWAYS have problems exiting!”

“Having parked many times in NCL Airport long stay, the most difficult thing for me is remembering where I parked. Very reasonably priced, you can normally find a promo code somewhere online. Not sure how long you get on the inflexible ticket, but an hours delay didn't incur any charges. Transit busses are regular, drivers friendly. Great service.”
