“We have used the parking on numerous occasions we often leave the car for three weeks or more we would like to maybe have a cheaper price for long term stay.”

“As an infrequent user of the airport i found that the entrance to Short stay 2 could have been clearer. Easy access to terminal from our chosen parking space and felt that car was secure.. As we had pre-booked we had to contact the admin on leaving- which slowed down our departure.”

“I have always found that Newcastle Airport Parking was great for myself who flies on business trips . The booking process is easy and user friendly. It was good value for money but the recent price rise has meant that other options have become more cost effective.”

“On this occasion I found the pricing to be reasonable. The acce§s and exit process very smooth. Also on this occasion the bus staff were very helpfull and pleasant. Would book again if the price is right. Overall very satisfied.”

“Usually very good but due to building works we were directed to long stay when we had booked short stay and even though there were disabled spaces available (and I am a blue badge holder) we couldn't get access to it and was told we would get a refund for the difference in price we have received nothing yet. But as the service is usually very good we have already booked for our next stay and things may have improved by then,”

“Good parking tho' came back to a large transit van parked next to me. It was so close I had to climb in passengers side. This vehicle was too big for the space marked out and should not be allowed in to a space allocated for normal sized cars.”
