“We had no problem finding a convenient parking space. The pick up bus conveniently stopped to pick us up even though there was no bus stop. Our return bus journey was also quick and efficient with a helpful driver.”

“First time parking at the Short Stay car park. Easy booking and directions. Could do with clear signs as to which row the vehicle is parked, in order to facilitate easier collection. All in all, we would use this facility again.”

“Parking is easy price for 4 days hmmm a tad expensive friends who live in North Tyneside can get a discount code from free paper but Newcastle residents don't....can this be confirmed?”

“Easy to enter and leave but, finding the way around the parking area can be a bit confusing - especially in the dark. Also finding your car, when returning from holiday can be a headache. Trying to be helpful from one's experience, not super critical.”

“All excellent excluding the delay waiting for bags. The lounge food could be improved and brought in line with the plus lounge - just because it allows children the service or quality should not be lower.”

“All fine......but I always have a problem locating a space. It seems to take ages to find one. However I eventually always do find one!!! Phew.”

“Easily accessible and easy to navigate to the right car park which was within 5 minutes walk of the terminal, easy access, and egress. Perhaps a little pricy, but very convenient, no waiting around for buses etc.”

“I booked a parking space for a 2 day business trip, in the short stay 2 area, I had no problems parking and the walk to the terminal was exactly as described when making the booking.”

“Can be difficult to find parking spaces and often full sections are closed. Curtesy buses are readily available which is a big asset if weather is bad”
