“Adequate, but getting very expensive. They even charge £2 at the drop off (I suppose you could use the courtesy bus). Think I'll get the metro next time”

“The car park is very big but we still had to drive around the whole car park before we actually found spaces to park the car.”

“A bit pricey. How can it be cheaper, if only slightly, going through another website rather than direct through Newcastle Airport Parking. But bus driver's from long stay to terminal are courteous and helpful.”

“Parking is good on the long-term site at the airport, it's an easy walk from the car park to the terminal building. As a negative - there could be more signs to easily locate your car (ie. lanes could have numbers), a further negative is the cost - although it is probably equal to the cost of parking at other airports it is very expensive even when booked in advance.”

“Because of all the work on going it was very confusing both parking the car and walking with cases to the terminal. On return the car was absolutely filthy with the dust.”

“All aspects of the Airport were very efficient except for one. On our return from holiday we had to wait 20 -30 to pass through passport control. 9 /10 manual desks were closed. 4/5 new E desks were open. There are not enough of these. Perhaps 10 E desks would be better with less manual / staffed desks.”

“Clean environment, easy to locate & navigate. Security is usually very quick to pass through, so no quibbles there. Only downside is price of food, airside which is ludicrously expensive so we now avoid at all times.”
