“Easy to enter and leave but, finding the way around the parking area can be a bit confusing - especially in the dark. Also finding your car, when returning from holiday can be a headache. Trying to be helpful from one's experience, not super critical.”

“All excellent excluding the delay waiting for bags. The lounge food could be improved and brought in line with the plus lounge - just because it allows children the service or quality should not be lower.”

“All fine......but I always have a problem locating a space. It seems to take ages to find one. However I eventually always do find one!!! Phew.”

“Easily accessible and easy to navigate to the right car park which was within 5 minutes walk of the terminal, easy access, and egress. Perhaps a little pricy, but very convenient, no waiting around for buses etc.”

“I booked a parking space for a 2 day business trip, in the short stay 2 area, I had no problems parking and the walk to the terminal was exactly as described when making the booking.”

“Can be difficult to find parking spaces and often full sections are closed. Curtesy buses are readily available which is a big asset if weather is bad”

“I experienced a professional service on arrival, however having used the service for years with no problems, I collected my vehicle this time, in the dark! only to find the following morning the passenger side from back to front including the bonnet was covered with scratches. the vehicles in my opinion are parked to close,”

“Although Edinburgh is closer, it is still easy to access from Scottish Borders adn you don't have to worry about the Edinburgh City Bypass! Parking is close to terminal building and reasonable costs, although negotiating the current works in the short stay with suitcases is difficult as there is not adequate signage for pedestrians. Once inside airport, security could be better managed to speed it up. Signage/Directions to Gates after security is poor. However, facilities are clean and staff very friendly. An easy and unstressful airport experience! Would recommend.”
