“We used the Meet and Greet service which is right next door to the terminal. My only complaint is that there are no disabled spaces and the car park is very tight and so difficult to load wheelchair and luggage as well as getting the door wide enough to get in and out. I had to drive out of allotted space to load which then caused a blockage for other customers.”

“Very easy to book and use - couldn't get out of the carpark on our way out was trying to charge us when we prebooked but this was resolved easily at the barrier”

“Onsite parking was good value although shuttle bus could be more frequent . The actual airport terminal is on a par with others. Same high prices for food and drink but nothing outrageous and a good atmosphere.”

“Efficent car parking, easy transfers. Airport is well catered and clean. The only downside is the time it takes for baggage to arrive back in the collection hall. (Consistently the slowest I have ever encountered anywhere in the world.)”

“I enjoy flying out of Newcastle- much preferable to the larger, impersonal airports. Not perfect though - too many shops/eating places shut before last flight has gone and no lift to and from the departure lounge is an issue for me. Other than that, would recommend!”
